Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to you via email so you can follow its progress.
Delivery times within the continental United States usually range from 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and, depending on the situation, assist with a replacement or refund. Photos or additional details may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Returns & Change of Mind
Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we’re unable to accept returns for preference-based reasons (such as changing your mind after purchase).
That said, if something doesn’t seem right with your order, we encourage you to reach out — we’re always here to help and will do our best to make things right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method once processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
