Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.

Delivery within the continental United States usually takes 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. To help us resolve things quickly, we may ask for photos or additional details.


Returns & Change of Mind

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we’re unable to accept returns for preference-based reasons, such as changing your mind after purchase. However, if there is an issue with your order or the product itself, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help and will work with you to find the best possible solution.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
